Motherhood has you feeling lost, confused, or overwhelmed, and you want to begin finding your way back to yourself, but you don’t know where to start.
You long for time, space, and downtime to nourish your body, heart, and mind (but scrolling social media isn’t doing it for you).
As you make your way through postpartum, raising teens, divorce, empty nesting and other life transitions, you could use more support, but you don’t know what you need or what to look for.
Community in motherhood is something you deeply desire, but you don’t know where to find your people, the ones who will nourish and nurture you.
Mothers need each other; you don’t have to do it alone.
What if you felt more supported in motherhood?
Support for mothers begins with sitting in sacred spaces with other women. It begins with going back to our roots, back to the ways we used to be held and nurtured by one another—in circles, in the energy of creation, in artmaking together.
Art is the language of human expression. It is through art that we can share our stories of motherhood and humanness; the stories of our joy and suffering, our abundance and grief, our connectedness and loneliness.
Support in motherhood begins with allowing space for our stories to unfold, then allowing ourselves to be witnessed by a compassionate community of mothers.
As we grow, and learn, and deepen into our creative process and nurturing community, we get to feel seen, held and empowered in our motherhood, womanhood and livelihood.
Weaving Our Motherhood Stories
Weaving Our Motherhood Stories is a monthly in person gathering of mothers who want to: reconnect with their creative process, deepen into their experiences of motherhood, and engage in nurturing community.
No art experience is necessary for participation, just a curiosity to connect with your creativity and one another. All art materials will be provided.

a new theme related to motherhood, with a guided art prompt each session, created and led by an art therapist
